Inc.Engineer Capital

Corporate site production. Engineer Capital Inc. runs four core businesses: DX consulting, contract development, FDE, and SES. They asked us to create their corporate site. Under the banner "Tech starts with us.," the company is a group of professionals who create discontinuous innovation by combining the on-the-ground sense of members from diverse industries, such as sales, apparel, and food service, with the latest technology.



In building the site, we aimed to strongly express, through both concept messaging and visuals, the company's distinctiveness as "not a homogenized group of IT elites" and its stance as a partner who works alongside clients to break through business challenges. Each member, including the CMO and CTO, is introduced through video, so the energy of a team where diverse individuals come together to give shape to a single purpose comes across directly. We also added a path to a salary simulator, enriching the site's functionality to support engineers' job changes and career consultations.


For the design, we combined video and English typography in the key visual to build a stylish world with a sense of speed. A cool, dark-toned palette conveys the cutting-edge feel of a technology company, while member videos placed throughout the site let the humanity and energy of the organization come through.
